IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS ONLINE STATEMENTS
Effective March 13th, Washington Trust is upgrading Business Online Statement access providing faster statement viewing, printing and saving features. These changes include the following:
- The Company Online Administrator of the organization will be presented with an electronic online statement disclosure. Acceptance of the terms and conditions are required to be able to view statements online. By accepting the disclosure, additional users with statement access will be able to view statements too. 24 months of statements are available. Click here for instructions.
- The Company Online Administrator is required to enable Online Statements in the User Profile for all additional users with statement permissions. Click here for instructions.

Forgot your password?
Reset your password using the “Forgot User Password” feature. This function can be used by you and your additional users. In order to use this service, users are required to establish security questions within online banking. Click here for more information.
